When I first began the Method of Stillness, I was shattered. Fresh out of divorce, no career, no education to fall back on, and two children depending on me. I felt like I had nothing to give. Just emptiness and heartbreak.
And yet… in that place of desperation, I found Stillness. Not silence. Not forced positivity. A frequency that met me in my pain and began to reshape everything.
In my first year of this practice, I wrote Still the Pain.
In my second, I published four books, built a website, created courses, and set up an entire business system. Looking back, it feels impossible — but that’s what happens when you hold a New Frequency.
Here’s something I’ve learned along the way: when you practice Stillness, you’ll eventually receive what I call a Blueprint — a vision of what your life could be.
The mistake most people make is trying to force it into existence too soon. They push, they scramble, they exhaust themselves.
But the Blueprint doesn’t need force. It needs calibration.
I’ve had visions arrive with incredible detail. One time, I was literally given the name of a formatting program in meditation — and it turned out to be exactly what I needed for my book.
Another time, my editor’s face appeared in Stillness before I ever knew her name. I looked her up, reached out, and she became the editor I’d been searching for.
That’s what this practice does. It doesn’t just bring comfort — it brings clarity, direction, and real steps forward.
